About Us:

We seek a reliable and dedicated Inventory Executive to join our growing team. The role involves monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring optimal inventory control, and avoiding stock inefficiencies. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, supply chain optimization, order fulfillment, and demand forecasting. Proficiency in ERP systems for invoice reconciliation and stock tracking, and strong problem-solving skills to resolve delivery issues, is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly/monthly sales trends, review stock on hand (SOH), and forecast future requirements for stores and warehouses. Plan purchase orders accordingly to ensure seamless inventory flow.
• Maintain optimal stock levels by ensuring timely procurement of supplies, avoiding shortages or overstock situations.
• Confirm orders based on demand, verify pricing, and oversee proper invoice reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records and receipts upon delivery.
• Design and implement an effective inventory tracking system to monitor supplies and raw materials, identifying shortages and optimizing inventory control processes.
• Record all deliveries and shipments to maintain accurate inventory data. Evaluate suppliers to secure cost-effective procurement deals.
• Conduct daily analysis to anticipate potential inventory challenges and take preventive action.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to streamline processes and enhance overall inventory operations.

Skills & Experience:

-Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Demand Forecasting, Procurement, & Purchase.

-Experience with virtual inventory management, e-commerce platforms, and the entire supply chain process.

-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

-Proven ability to multitask, work in teams, and manage inventory efficiently.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
