Inventory Executive

The Inventory Executive will manage and oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock control and minimizing discrepancies. Primary responsibilities include tracking and maintaining stock records, conducting regular audits, forecasting inventory needs, and coordinating with procurement for replenishments. The role also involves generating inventory reports and collaborating with internal teams for efficient inventory flow. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kapra.

• Proficiency in inventory management, stock control, and data analysis
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in tracking and auditing inventory
• Solid understanding of supply chain and warehouse processes
• Proficiency in inventory or warehouse management software and tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field is preferred
• Previous experience in inventory management or related roles is an advantage
