Job Summary

JUSTDOGS is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Audit Executive to conduct physical stock audits across our retail outlets. The candidate will be responsible for scanning and verifying inventory available at stores, matching physical stock with system records, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate inventory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit JUSTDOGS retail outlets as per the assigned audit schedule.
• Physically scan and count products using barcode scanners or inventory audit devices.
• Compare physical stock quantities with inventory recorded in the ERP/POS system.
• Identify and report stock shortages, excess stock, and inventory mismatches.
• Recheck discrepancies to ensure accuracy before submitting audit reports.
• Verify product barcodes, SKUs, and quantities during stock verification.
• Identify damaged, expired, or near-expiry products during audits.
• Coordinate with Store Managers to investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit daily stock audit reports with findings and discrepancies.
• Follow inventory audit SOPs and maintain accurate records.
• Support periodic stock verification and surprise audits across retail locations.

Requirements

• Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory auditing, stock verification, warehouse operations, or retail inventory management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, barcode scanning, and Excel.
• Comfortable using handheld barcode scanners and ERP/POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Willingness to travel frequently between retail outlets.
• Ability to work independently and complete audits within assigned timelines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail inventory audits or stock reconciliation.
• Familiarity with stock variance reports, GRN, and stock transfers.
• Basic Excel skills for preparing audit reports.
• Ability to identify stock discrepancies and investigate their possible causes.

• Accuracy of physical stock verification.
• Number of retail outlets audited as per schedule.
• Timely submission of audit reports.
• Percentage of inventory discrepancies verified and documented.
