Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage inventory across fabrics, accessories, WIP, and finished goods.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
Track material movement from inward production finished goods dispatch.
Monitor purchase requirements, material lead times, and pending supplies.
Maintain accurate SKU-wise inventory and identify shortage, excess, slow-moving, and dead stock.
Coordinate with Production and NPD teams as per production requirements.
Monitor cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch timelines.
Ensure accurate reconciliation between physical inventory and system records.
Manage returns, damaged/rejected materials, and stock adjustments.
Prepare and review inventory supply chain MIS reports.
Identify supply delays and operational gaps and take corrective action.
Improve inventory accuracy, reduce wastage, and optimize working capital.
Lead and coordinate the inventory/supply chain team for smooth daily operations.
Preferred Candidate: Disciplined professional with strong knowledge of inventory and supply chain operations, good Excel skills, and hands-on experience with EasyEcom/Uni-Commerce.
