Job Summary
We are hiring an Inventory Analyst – Operations to support inventory control and analytics for Distribution Centers across the United States and Canada, working remotely from an overseas office. This mid‑level role combines hands‑on inventory operations with strong data analysis and ERP system support to drive inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
.
Key Responsibility
- Support inventory operations including cycle counts, inventory accuracy, inventory adjustments, and inventory movement.
- Execute and analyze cycle count results; investigate discrepancies and track corrective action.
- Maintain and validate inventory transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Inventory Management module.)
- Perform advanced data analysis in Excel to monitor inventory trends, adjustments, and KPI.
- Create and support reports and visualizations using Power BI or similar BI tool.
- Coordinate daily inventory activities and follow‑ups with multiple DC locations across the US & Canada.
- Communicate effectively with operations and stakeholders using Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft 365 tools.
Required Qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory, operations or supply chain roles
- Hands‑on experience with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, adjustments, and movements.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
- Strong to advanced Excel skills (analysis, formulas, pivot table
- Exposure to Power BI or data analytics tools for reporting and visualization.
- Experience coordinating with multiple warehouse or DC locations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and support North American operations across time zones.
