Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
Mechanical Engineer with
3+ years of experience in
Autodesk Inventor modeling and parametric design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models, detailed drawings, and design documentation to support product development and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D parametric models and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor
- Create 2D drawings, GD&T, and BOMs as per engineering standards
- Modify and optimize designs based on functional, manufacturability, and cost requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and design
- Perform design validations and incorporate engineering changes
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry codes, and best practices
- Support prototype development and production readiness
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor
- Solid understanding of parametric modeling techniques
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, casting, etc.)
- Experience with GD&T, tolerance analysis, and engineering drawings
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and design requirements
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
