Job Description

  • Minimum 6+ years relevant experience in supporting merchandise planning, forecasting, or retail planning systems (implementation/support).
  • Hands on experience with Invent (Invent.ai / MerchPlan)
  • Deep retail planning domain knowledge: forecasting, OTB, assortment, allocation, replenishment, promotions, markdowns, seasonality.
  • Strong experiene in SQL (complex queries, window functions, performance tuning) for data validation and reconciliation.
  • Practical experience with data integrations (SFTP, CSV/flat files, REST APIs) and ETL troubleshooting.
  • Should have experience in Scripting ability (Python/Bash) for diagnostics, automation, and remediation scripts.
  • Good knowledge of Linux basics, log analysis, and multi tenant SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record owning high severity incidents and producing actionable RCAs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to translate technical findings into business impact for merchandisers and finance.
  • Willingness to participate in on call rotation.
