- 6+ Years of hands-on experience with Intune enterprise environments
- Expertise in Intune features like Autopilot, Remediation, Device Management, Configuration profile & Compliance Management
- Experience with Entra ID
- Proficient in PowerShell Scripting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows 11 Operating System Management
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Provide technical support to L3 issues in the service area
- Responsible for technical & functional documentation related to service area
- Knowledge of Power BI
