Job Summary
We're hiring a
Senior Intune Specialist with 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft Intune and Azure AD. This role involves device and user management, application deployment, and supporting global teams across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user onboarding, license assignment, and AAD group configurations.
- Deploy and monitor LOB and store apps for Windows, iOS, and Android via Intune.
- Handle subscriptions, APN certificate renewals, and integrations with Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and Android for Work.
- Provide multi-channel user support and troubleshoot OS-related issues.
- Track SLAs and work collaboratively across time zones.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Intune, AAD, BYOD, and Autopilot.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and global collaboration.
