Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Intune Security & Compliance Engineer to support enterprise endpoint security initiatives. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining secure device configurations using Microsoft Intune, improving compliance automation, and strengthening endpoint security posture across Windows and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain endpoint security and compliance configurations using Microsoft Intune
- Engineer enhanced compliance policies, device posture rules, vulnerability requirements, and security baselines
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex compliance and device management issues at scale
- Implement remediation strategies for non-compliant and legacy devices
- Configure and support Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), including policy tuning and access workflows
- Deploy and manage Remote Help configurations and assist with support team onboarding
- Deploy and support endpoint protection for Windows, iOS, and Android devices
- Collaborate with Security, Network, and Client Engineering teams to ensure secure and compliant device access
- Contribute to security assessments and support remediation actions
- Improve security posture visibility and compliance reporting through automation and scripting
Must-Have Skill Set- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including:
- Compliance policies
- Configuration profiles
- Device health monitoring
- Security baselines
- Solid experience with endpoint security solutions, such as enterprise EDR platforms
- Strong knowledge of Windows device management and Windows Update for Business
- Experience troubleshooting large-scale endpoint compliance issues
- Proficiency in PowerShell or scripting for automation and reporting
- Strong understanding of Computer Security, Information Security, and Endpoint Security
- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Nice-to-Have Skill Set- Experience with Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
- Experience with Remote Help solutions
- Exposure to security and device management platforms such as BindPlane, Tanium, or similar tools
- Experience with mobile security, including app protection and device onboarding
- Familiarity with supporting compliance frameworks in large organizations
- Experience collaborating with Network teams on:
- Wired device validation
- VLAN authentication
- Expanded compliance criteria
