1 Advanced proficiency in managing and optimizing Intune for device and application management, ensuring compliance and security.
2Intune Agent Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of any Agent Sync Issues
- Supporting Intune Enrolment by SMS, EMAIL, Agent based for the end users & Hands on Experience in Intune Admin console
- Supporting Platform specific issues in Agent and Active Sync configuration forWindows Laptops and Tablets. Basic Troubleshooting of Email Access issues in registered Devices
- Handling Intune Incident Tickets and Basic Service Request in Queue
- Should be able to Query, Add, Lock, Wipe, Retire Devices from Admin console
- Monitor and ensure the Intune Services Availability
- Distribute and Monitor Applications published using Intune Admin console
- Generate and Provide various reports including Agent status, Application Published Status
- Demonstrate proven track record in addressing moderately complex technical issues
- Good written and verbal communication skills for communicating at all levels; including good presentation skills
