Intune Administrator

Job Description:

• Manage Microsoft Intune for enterprise device management and security
• Administer Windows 10/11, device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment
• Manage macOS devices using JAMF Pro
• Manage iOS/iPadOS devices using Intune and JAMF
• Configure Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)
• Manage Windows Autopilot and zero-touch provisioning
• Implement Conditional Access, endpoint security, compliance policies, and Microsoft Defender
• Deploy and manage applications across Windows and Apple platforms
• Create automation and remediation scripts using PowerShell and Bash/Shell
• Troubleshoot endpoint enrollment, application deployment, compliance, and security issues
• Support endpoint lifecycle management, migrations, and enterprise mobility initiatives
