Must Have:
- Leads and plans upgrades, changes, or implementations for System Center Configuration Manager Components while following established change control procedures.
- Experience in MS Intune and Entra.
- Understanding on the road map of Managing End User systems with respect to Applications, Hardware, and Operating System.
- Experience in Managing Windows 10 & 11.
- Front end customer discussion and solution for End user IT infrastructure.
- Good Experience in Windows 11 VDI solutions.
- Develop implementation plan for EUC related solution based on IT strategies and business requirements.
- Enforce infrastructure architecture execution as well as ongoing refinement tasks.
Good to Have:
- Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
Essential:
- Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
Minimum Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
