About the Role

PS Collaborations is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support team. If you have experience in International Voice Process (Inbound), excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Achieve daily productivity and performance targets.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Inbound Voice Process.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.

Willing to work from the office (Hitech City, Hyderabad).
