Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interventional Radiologist located in Bengaluru. The Interventional Radiologist will be responsible for performing and interpreting a variety of radiological procedures, including diagnostic imaging and minimally invasive image-guided interventions. Responsibilities include consulting with patients and healthcare providers, using imaging techniques such as X-rays, MRIs, CTs, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy, and employing interventional tools for treating vascular and non-vascular conditions. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate diagnoses and effective treatments is also essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Radiology, including diagnostic imaging and advanced radiological techniques
- Proficiency in Interventional and Vascular procedures
- Strong foundation in Medicine and clinical decision-making
- Knowledge of Nuclear Medicine practices and principles
- Excellent communication skills for patient care and team collaboration
- Ability to stay updated with technological advancements in radiology and interventional practices
- Board certification or eligibility in Radiology with a subspecialty in Interventional Radiology
- Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with local regulations
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with a focus on interventional radiology, is advantageous
