Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interventional Cardiologist based in Karimnagar. The Interventional Cardiologist will perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab, including angiography, angioplasty, and stent placement, following established clinical protocols. Daily responsibilities include evaluating patients with cardiovascular conditions, interpreting diagnostic tests, planning treatment strategies, and providing inpatient and outpatient cardiac care. The role involves close collaboration with other physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes. The Interventional Cardiologist will also participate in emergency cardiac interventions, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical documentation in line with hospital standards.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine with formal training and clinical experience in Cardiology.
• Proficiency in Cath Lab procedures, including diagnostic catheterization and interventional techniques.
• Advanced skills in Interventional and Interventional Cardiology for managing complex coronary and vascular cases.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with postgraduate specialization in Cardiology (DM/DNB or equivalent), plus relevant licenses and registrations as per Indian medical regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage acute cardiac emergencies and provide evidence-based cardiovascular care.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills in a multidisciplinary hospital setting.
• Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and participation in clinical audits or quality improvement activities.
