About The Opportunity

A leading private healthcare provider in India, Devdort specializes in advanced cardiovascular care, delivering world-class interventional cardiology services across high-volume urban and semi-urban hospitals. We're expanding our clinical leadership team to meet growing patient demand and elevate procedural excellence through cutting-edge technology, evidence-based protocols, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform complex percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), including chronic total occlusion (CTO), left main, and bifurcation stenting under fluoroscopy and intravascular imaging guidance.
  • Lead 24/7 cardiac cath lab operations, managing acute STEMI and high-risk ACS cases with rapid decision-making and procedural precision.
  • Collaborate with electrophysiologists and heart failure specialists to optimize patient care pathways for structural heart disease and advanced valve interventions.
  • Supervise junior fellows and residents during procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, documentation standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Participate in clinical audits, morbidity/mortality reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives aligned with NABH and JCI standards.
  • Contribute to institutional research projects and clinical trials focused on novel stent technologies, anticoagulation protocols, and post-PCI outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • DM Cardiology or DNB Cardiology with minimum 3 years of post-fellowship experience in high-volume interventional labs
  • Proven expertise in complex PCI, intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), optical coherence tomography (OCT), and fractional flow reserve (FFR)
  • Current active license to practice in India (NMC registered)
  • Proficiency in cath lab navigation systems, radial access techniques, and acute myocardial infarction protocols
  • Strong command of procedural documentation, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and billing compliance
  • Experience with structural interventions including TAVR, MitraClip, or ASD/PDA closure (if applicable)
  • Preferred
  • Fellowship-trained in structural heart disease or complex coronary interventions
  • Published research or presentation at national/international cardiology conferences
  • Training in robotic-assisted PCI or hybrid cath lab technologies
