Role Description The Internship Trainee will work full time on-site at the Teledu office in Noida, supporting various functions related to online education and platform operations. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with content preparation and upload, coordinating with instructors and internal teams, and helping monitor course performance and learner feedback. The trainee may support basic data entry, documentation, and reporting, and contribute to improving workflows and processes. Responsibilities can also involve responding to routine learner queries under supervision and learning to use internal tools and systems. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the edtech industry, with guidance from experienced team members and opportunities to learn and grow.
