Role Description
We are looking for an Internship Trainee for a full-time role on-site at our Vaishali location. The intern will support various activities such as conducting market research, organizing real estate data, assisting in project planning, and collaborating with team members on real estate initiatives. This hands-on experience will provide exposure to the real estate industry while developing communication and project management skills.
Qualifications
- Research and data analysis skills with the ability to gather, evaluate, and organize relevant real estate market information.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.
- Knowledge of project planning and organizational techniques to assist in real estate initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in fields such as Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with basic real estate concepts and practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
