Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Internship Trainee. The Internship Trainee will assist in planning and executing various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, social events, and more. Daily tasks include coordinating with vendors, assisting with event logistics, supporting event marketing efforts, and ensuring superior guest-focused planning. The trainee will gain hands-on experience and will be involved in all phases of event planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Event Coordination and Guest-focused Planning skills
- Vendor Management and Logistical Support skills
- Marketing and Promotional skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the hospitality or event management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field (current enrollment also considered)
