We create AI-powered, screen-free playmates that help children learn languages, build emotional intelligence, and stay curious without staring at a tablet. We are looking for a creative powerhouse to tell our story and build a community of mindful parents.

We are looking for a multipotentialite'_ someone who can switch between designing a beautiful Instagram carousel and filming a fun, engaging product demo for Reels. You will be the voice and visual identity of Kheelona across all digital touchpoints.

• Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This includes posts, stories, and educational infographics for parents.
• Social Media Management: Manage our content calendar, schedule posts, and write witty, engaging captions that resonate with modern parents.
• Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments and DMs, fostering a positive and helpful community around screen-free parenting.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets (website banners, ad creatives, packaging inserts) align with Kheelona's brand identity.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics and adjust the content strategy based on what's working.
  

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showing both graphic design and video editing/social media work.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Mindset: A creative, get-it-done attitude. Since we are a startup, you should be comfortable experimenting and wearing multiple hats.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi or Kannada is a plus!).
• Logistics: Ability to work onsite from our office in BTM Layout, Bangalore.
