Role Description

Astro Kanu is seeking a motivated Retreat Operations Intern for an internship opportunity in North Goa. This hybrid role involves both on-site responsibilities at our North Goa location and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in coordinating retreat logistics, managing guest experiences, facilitating onsite activities, and ensuring smooth execution of wellness programs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with clients, assisting in vendor coordination, and delivering exceptional support to ensure the retreats meet Astro Kanu's standard of excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing retreat operations and logistics
• Interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with guests, vendors, and the retreat team
• Ability to work flexibly, both on-site and remotely, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with wellness practices such as Yoga, Meditation, or holistic lifestyle approaches is a plus
• Proficiency in basic project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for wellness, personal development, and delivering exceptional client experiences
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Hospitality, Event Management, Wellness Studies, or related fields is an advantage
