Job Description

Lecas Homes – Interior Furnishing Company, Kochi is looking for enthusiastic and career-focused Interns who are interested in building a professional career in the Interior Design industry.

1. Estimation & 2D Drawing Team

* Civil Engineering graduates preferred
* Good knowledge of AutoCAD required
* Interest in estimation, technical drawings and interior projects

2. 3D Design Team

* Knowledge of any design software such as 3ds Max, Coohom, SketchUp, or similar software
* Passion for 3D design and interior visualization
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally

Laptop Requirement

Interns are required to have their own laptop for training and project work.

Training & Career Opportunity

* First 3 months: Training period – No stipend
* Based on performance, selected interns will continue with our Training Team with a 6,000/month stipend.
* Once the training is successfully completed and the candidate is capable of independently handling projects, we will consider them for a permanent position with salary + incentives.

Practical Learning

Interns will get hands-on exposure through:
* Real project site visits
* Practical learning at our own factory
* Understanding of execution, materials and production
* Exposure to the complete interior design and furnishing process
