About the Role
Asudé is growing, and so is the work of getting our products and ideas into the right hands. The Marketing Intern will support our outreach efforts, connecting Career City and IndustryConnect.app with Schools, NGOs, and CSR partners while telling our story to the wider world. This is a role for someone who can write, create, research, and take initiative across channels.
What You Will Do
- Plan and execute a monthly social media content calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn
- Write captions, craft posts, and create short-form content that reflects Asudés voice
- Monitor social media engagement, track performance, and share insights with the team
- Research and map potential school, NGO, and CSR partners for outreach
- Support the drafting of proposals, pitch decks, and partnership communication
- Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and follow-up communication
- Help track and manage leads, outreach pipelines, and partner databases
- Support the planning and execution of Asudés Playground for Learning events, meetups, and workshops
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field
Strong written communication skills in English; Marathi is a plus
Comfortable creating content and comfortable doing the less glamorous work - research, outreach, follow-ups
Organised and self-driven; able to manage multiple tasks without constant hand-holding
Experience or genuine interest in event planning and coordination
An eye for aesthetics and an ear for tone - you understand what sounds human
Genuine interest in education, equity, or social change
