Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Assisting in the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and updating project timelines using software like MS Project or Primavera.
  • Cost Management & Budgeting: Analyzing project cash flows, tracking material costs, and identifying variances between estimated and actual budgets.
  • Contract Administration: Helping draft, review, and manage vendor/contractor agreements and assisting with claims and dispute resolution documentation.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential project risks (financial, schedule, or supply chain) and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Coordination & Communication: Following up with contractors or vendors regarding deliverables, quotations, and pending tasks.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Organizing and maintaining project files, contracts, and vendor agreements.
  • Progress Reporting: Preparing analytical dashboards and reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) for project sponsors and upper management to drive data-based decision-making.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support projects
  • Assist with daily tasks related to the department or field of study
  • Collaborate with team members on assignments and brainstorming sessions
  • Learn about company policies and procedures to understand workplace dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Civil /Mechanical / Electrical Engineering)
  • Pursuing Masters (MBA/PGDM etc.)
