The Role
We're looking for a passionate and self-driven Content Creator Intern to join our team in Bangalore. You'll own the end-to-end process of creating short-form video content — from ideating concepts to shooting and editing reels that resonate with founders, investors, and the startup ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role where your work will be published, seen, and matter from day one.
What You'll Do
- Brainstorm and pitch fresh, engaging reel concepts aligned with Seedway's brand and audience
- Plan shoots — scripting, storyboarding, props, and shot lists
- Film content independently or with team members (on-site, events, interviews, etc.)
- Edit reels end-to-end — cuts, transitions, captions, audio sync, and motion graphics
- Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and content styles on Instagram and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with the founding team to translate business narratives into compelling visual stories
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and meet publishing deadlines
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Design, Film, Marketing, or any related field
- You have a genuine eye for aesthetics and storytelling through video
- Proficient with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Comfortable on both sides of the camera — shooting and being on-screen if needed
- Aware of startup, VC, and entrepreneurship culture (a big plus!)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- A portfolio or Instagram/YouTube handle showcasing your past reels or edits is mandatory
