Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development / Growth Intern to work on AI-led hiring and assessment solutions. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and strategy, providing hands-on exposure to client engagement, market research, and solution development.

Key Responsibilities

·       Research AI-based hiring and assessment solutions and perform detailed market and competitor analysis

·       Identify target clients, use cases, and industry segments

·       Build and manage outbound pipeline across LinkedIn, databases, and outreach tools

·       Support outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and early-stage conversations

·       Participate in client discussions to understand requirements and problem statements

·       Assist in solutioning, proposal creation, and positioning

·       Support parts of solution delivery and execution

·       Maintain CRM, pipeline tracking, and reporting structures

What We're Looking For

·       Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

·       Structured thinking and ability to break down problems

·       Interest in AI, startups, and B2B sales

·       Ability to research, synthesize, and present insights

·       Ownership mindset and comfort working in ambiguity

·       Prior exposure to sales, research, or AI tools is a plus
