Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interns – Real Estate Sales role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support day-to-day sales activities, including assisting prospective buyers with property inquiries, conducting site visits, and presenting property features clearly and professionally. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate property listings, coordinating with internal teams and channel partners, and helping prepare basic sales documents and reports. The role also involves gathering market information, updating customer databases, and following up with leads under the guidance of senior sales team members. This position offers hands-on exposure to real estate sales practices, customer interactions, and end-to-end property transaction processes.

Qualifications

  • Foundational understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in the real estate sector.
  • Customer Service and Sales skills, including the ability to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and communicate property details clearly.
  • Real Estate License (in progress or completed) is an advantage and may be required based on local regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a professional and ethical approach to client interactions.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and handle multiple property inquiries simultaneously.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with CRM or property listing platforms is a plus.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) in any discipline; coursework in business, commerce, or real estate is beneficial.
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and collaborate with senior team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Available for 3 Months
