Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in Kanpur. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, supervise and support staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role entails fostering a positive shopping experience for customers and optimizing overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Experience in Store Management and knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
- Ability to lead a team and handle day-to-day store operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the retail fashion industry is a significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
