Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • User Rescheduling Support Call users whose blood test bookings were cancelled and assist them in rescheduling.
  • Engagement with Unresponsive Users (UNR) Reach out to users who have not completed their booking and guide them through the process.
  • Data Management Update booking details and status accurately in the Lovable Tool.
  • Operational Coordination Work closely with the diagnostics team to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.
