Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our team as Customer Support Associates for the International Voice Process in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates should have excellent English communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist international customers with their queries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when required.
• Meet daily performance targets and maintain quality standards.
• Demonstrate patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills while handling customer concerns.
