InternationalCustomer Relationship Executive Kanpur

Keddy EdTech is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team in Kanpur.

This is a full-time Work From Office opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people and building strong relationships with parents and students. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, understanding customer requirements, explaining our online tuition programs, following up with prospective customers, and supporting them throughout the enrollment process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels

• Communicate professionally with parents and students

• Understand academic requirements and recommend suitable tuition programs

• Explain Keddy EdTech's services and enrollment process

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication

• Maintain proper records of leads and conversations

• Build strong relationships with parents and students

• Work towards achieving monthly enrollment and conversion targets

• Coordinate with the academic and operations team when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent English communication is mandatory

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Confident and professional personality

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills

• Good customer-handling and follow-up abilities

• Comfortable communicating with parents and students

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Basic knowledge of CRM and communication tools is an advantage

EDUCATION

BBA / MBA / B.Tech / Graduate or equivalent.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
