We are seeking a dedicated International Voice Support representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch voice support to our international clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional voice support to international clients via phone and other communication channels.
Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic technical knowledge related to the products and services being supported.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
