Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional voice support to international customers via phone and other communication channels.
• Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
