Salary: 18,000 80,000 (Depending on Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle international customer calls (US / UK / AUS process)

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries

Maintain professional communication with global clients

Follow company guidelines and maintain service quality

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills

Freshers & Experienced both can apply

International BPO experience preferred
