  • International Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage multi-country sales operations and navigate diverse regulatory environments.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Strong skills in contract negotiation and deal structuring for global clients.
  • Cross-Cultural Communication: Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across different cultures and languages.
  • Market Intelligence: Deep understanding of global telecom trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading regional or global sales teams and driving performance.
  • Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Skilled in pricing strategies, forecasting, and ROI analysis for international markets.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to manage complex projects and resolve challenges in dynamic global environments.

Essential Hiring Skills

Telecom Domain Knowledge:

  • Understanding of telecom network architecture, protocols, and automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SD-WAN, routing, switching, and network management systems.

International Sales Expertise:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecom or IT services.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

Technical Acumen:

  • Ability to comprehend technical solutions and articulate value propositions to clients.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to streamline the contract lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for international telecom network services (IP Transit, MPLS, SD-WAN, Cloud Connectivity, etc.).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, carriers, and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadership.
