Job Description Service Desk Associate (L1)

Company: Tech Mahindra

Process: International Voice Process

Role: Service Desk Associate L1

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers:
  • B.Tech graduates only
  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
  • Experienced Candidates:
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of international voice calling experience (Mandatory)
  • 1 to 2 years experience preferred

Salary Package

  • Freshers: 3 LPA
  • Experienced:
  • Up to 30% hike on last CTC
  • Maximum CTC cap: 6 LPA (will not exceed)

Age Limit

  • Maximum 32 years

Work Details

  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Shift: US Shifts
  • Work Mode: Work From Office
  • Cab Facility: Both-side cab provided
  • Work Location: Bahadurpally

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 support to international clients via voice
  • Handle IT service desk tickets and incidents
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when required
  • Maintain professional communication with customers
  • Follow defined SLA and process guidelines
