Responsibilities

• Handle international voice calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer queries and issues effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating with customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team targets set by management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
