Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers by resolving queries, providing accurate information, and delivering prompt solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
• Follow company policies and ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• HSC/Graduate can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Willingness to work in rotational, UK, US, or Australian shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
