We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an International Voice Process Executive. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling international customer calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-8 years of experience in a voice process or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required.
