Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for Customer Support / Process Associate roles in Hyderabad.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle customer queries through calls, emails or chat, depending on the assigned process.
2. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
3. Resolve customer issues professionally within the defined timelines.
4. Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
5. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
7. Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
9. Achieve assigned performance, productivity and quality targets.
10. Be flexible to work in rotational night shifts.
