Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Mode: Hybrid
Shift: Night Shift
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the International Voice Process in Hyderabad. Candidates with excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Undergraduate (UG), Graduate, or Postgraduate (PG).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience Limit: Candidates with a maximum of 3 years of experience are eligible.
- Communication: Excellent verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working night shifts.
- Work Location: Hyderabad candidates only.
- Relocation: Candidates must be currently based in Hyderabad and should not require relocation.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Should be okay to work with 8months of contract
Salary Package
- Freshers: Up to ₹4.5 LPA CTC.
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹5 LPA CTC, depending on relevant experience and interview performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
- Provide professional and effective customer support in English.
- Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries while maintaining high service quality.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction throughout every interaction.
