Job Overview

• Role: Customer Support Associate / International Voice Process
• Location: Hyderabad (As per company guidelines)
• Shifts: Rotational Shifts / Night Shifts
• Working Days: 5 Days a week (Rotational Offs)

Compensation & Benefits

• Fresher Package: Up to 4.0 LPA (Max)
• Experienced Package: Up to 6.5 LPA (Max, depending on experience and last drawn CTC)
• Transportation: Free 2-Way Cab facility provided

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates are welcome.
• Freshers with excellent verbal communication skills can apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in an International Voice Process / Customer Service will have an added advantage.
• Must be comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist international customers over the phone with their queries, requests, and issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely resolutions.
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
