Job Overview

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills for an International Voice Process role. The role involves handling customer calls from international customers, answering queries, providing information, and helping resolve customer concerns.

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Any BPO experience is acceptable.
• Freshers can apply for L1.
• Minimum 6 months of experience required for L2.
• Must be flexible to work afternoon or night shifts based on client requirements.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
