ROLE SUMMARY

As a Process Trainee Consultant, you will support the end-to-end insurance claims process, including claim intake, review, investigation, adjustment (if required), and settlement or denial, while delivering high-quality customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process insurance claims as per defined guidelines
• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Adhere to SLA, quality, and auditing standards
• Meet assigned productivity goals
• Coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct
• Continuously acquire process-related knowledge and skills

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Flexible to work in US Night Shifts and Rotational Shifts

Excellent communication skills in English

Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate candidates can apply

Please note, candidates with a B.Tech/Engineering background are not eligible for this role.
