Job Summary :
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an international telecom voice process specializing in *WiFi and internet service solutions and subscriptions*. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their connectivity needs, and offering suitable broadband plans, WiFi solutions, and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Handle *inbound/outbound calls/End to end sales with international (US) customers regarding *internet and WiFi and Broad Band services requirements.
2.Promote and sell broadband plans, WiFi packages, upgrades, and subscription services.
3.Understand customer needs and recommend the *most suitable internet plans and packages.
4.Explain plan features, pricing, benefits, and ongoing offers clearly to customers.
5.Drive *new connections, plan upgrades, and renewals.
6.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
7.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk or similar).
8.Follow compliance guidelines and quality standards during calls.
9.Upsell and cross-sell additional services (devices, add-ons, premium plans).
10.Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
Key Skills Required:
1.Excellent English communication and sales skills.
2.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
3.Customer-focused approach with confidence in handling international clients.
4.Basic understanding of WiFi, broadband, and internet plans.
5.Target-driven mindset.
6.Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
7.Willingness to work in *night shifts (US time zone).
Location: Koramangala, ST Bed Layout, Bangalore
Shift: Night Shift (International Process)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (International Telecom Experience)
