Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally and efficiently.

- Explain product features, pricing, benefits, and promotions clearly.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 03 years of experience in International Voice Process, BPO Sales, Customer Service, or Tele Sales.

- Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.
