We are seeking energetic and target-driven professionals for the role of International Inbound Voice Sales Executive. The candidate will handle inbound calls from international customers, understand their requirements, promote relevant products/services, and convert inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally and efficiently.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Build rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Convert inquiries into sales while achieving individual and team revenue targets.
  • Explain product features, pricing, benefits, and promotions clearly.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Follow company sales processes and quality standards.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services wherever applicable.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • 03 years of experience in International Voice Process, BPO Sales, Customer Service, or Tele Sales.
  • Freshers with excellent English communication skills may apply.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.
