Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in International Voice Process can apply

Experience in UK or US Voice Process preferred

Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

Maintain professional communication with international customers.

Ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards.

Update customer information and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to work in UK shifts.
