Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information or solutions
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary
  • Adhere to process guidelines, policies, and quality standards
  • Work efficiently in rotational shifts, adapting to diverse client time zones

Candidate Profile:

  • 1 to 6 years of experience in international voice process or BPO/KPO environment
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple calls efficiently
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends if required
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
