International Voice Process Executive – Customer Support
Live Connections is hiring experienced International Voice Process Executives for Bangalore .
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls and resolve queries.
- Provide professional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain call quality and achieve performance targets.
- Document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of international voice process experience.
- Any graduate.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work US and 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners only.
Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA, based on experience and current CTC.
